چہرے پہ مرے زلف کو پھیلاؤ کسی دن

چہرے پہ مرے زلف کو پھیلاؤ کسی دن

کیا روز گرجتے ہو برس جاؤ کسی دن

رازوں کی طرح اترو مرے دل میں کسی شب

دستک پہ مرے ہاتھ کی کھل جاؤ کسی دن

پیڑوں کی طرح حسن کی بارش میں نہا لوں

بادل کی طرح جھوم کے گھر آؤ کسی دن

خوشبو کی طرح گزرو مری دل کی گلی سے

پھولوں کی طرح مجھ پہ بکھر جاؤ کسی دن

گزریں جو میرے گھر سے تو رک جائیں ستارے

اس طرح مری رات کو چمکاؤ کسی دن

میں اپنی ہر اک سانس اسی رات کو دے دوں

سر رکھ کے مرے سینے پہ سو جاؤ کسی دن 

Spread the hair on your face one day

Do you thunder every day? 

Come down like secrets to the dead heart one night

Knock open the dead hand one day 

Let me bathe in the rain of beauty like trees

Come to Jhum's house like a cloud one day

Pass through the streets of the dead heart like perfume

Scatter on me like flowers one day 

Let the stars pass by my house

Shine the dead night like this one day

Let me take every breath that night

Put your head down and sleep on your dead chest one day
